Ginger Chicken Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 chili seeded and chopped
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 30 grams rice noodles precooked
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chopped chicken breast into the baking dish, along with the chili, honey, soy sauce, water, ginger, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes (you could also stir fry in a wok).
  4. Serve on top of noodles and garnish with green onion.
