Ingredients

  • 50 grams chicken cooked and cubed
  • 50 grams brown rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 whole red pepper deseeded
  • 1 plum tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
  2. In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients and stuff into pepper.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
