Ingredients

acorn squash
halved and seeded

apples
cubed

lean ground pork
1
onion
diced
½
tsp
of clove
½
tsp
cumin
½
tsp
ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Place squash cut-side down on a baking sheet, cooking for about 30 minutes.
Combine apples, pork, spices, salt and pepper. Spoon into the squash and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Serve.
