Ingredients

  • 1 pound tenderloin cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 crown of broccoli chopped
  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 chili deseeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne optional

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok, cooking pork for 3 minutes. Stir in red pepper and garlic, cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with optional sesame seeds.
