Ingredients

  • 100 grams cooked duck cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/3 of a cucumber cut into small chunks
  • ½ cup watercress
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ¼ tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, adding duck and hoisin sauce. Cook on low for 2 minutes.
  2. Stuff remaining ingredients into a wrap, spoon duck on top, serve.
