Ingredients

  • 200 grams broccoli
  • 150 grams red pepper sliced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 150 grams udon noodles rinsed and separated

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, adding onion, pepper, broccoli, ginger, and garlic — cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar, before tossing in noodles. Heat through and serve.
