Ingredients

  • 4 4-ounce boneless pork chops
  • 1 orange
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, before heating oil in large skillet.
  2. Cook chops 4 minutes each side, and then add the juice from one orange (as well as 1 tsp zest).
