Ingredients

  • 1 duck breast
  • 1 tsp five-spice
  • 1 pomegranate halved
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ½ mango cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Season duck breast with five-spice, then fry on medium heat (turning after 5 minutes).
  2. Slice duck thin and then place back into the pan on low heat.
  3. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients, then top with duck.
