Ingredients

  • 1 romaine heart cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill, brushing romaine halves with olive oil.
  2. Place on the grill (cut side down), grilled each side for 1 minute.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients and serve warm.
