Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • Can of rinsed cannellini beans
  • 500 grams of chopped kale
  • 1.5 L low-sodium vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
