Cuban Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken leg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 50 grams broccoli frozen
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Cuban seasoning or can use oregano, cumin, and granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Season chicken (combine oil, garlic, and Cuban seasoning — rub onto meat).
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, before adding broccoli. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
