Spicy Chicken with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 100 grams mango cubed
  • 30 grams red onion diced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Heat oil in pan, cooking chicken for 6 minutes each side.
  3. In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients and set aside.
  4. Rest chicken for 4-5 minutes, then serve with salsa on top.
